These terms and conditions govern Triftel and provide information about the services in this application.

This application is a product of Iconfisys. These terms will therefore constitute an agreement between users and the company.

We reserve the right to modify, add, or delete any of these terms and conditions at any point in given time.

Continuous use of this application after any modifications in the terms and conditions will constitute your acceptance as per the updates.

The contents of the application such as texts, graphics, videos and other things are just for informational and entertainment purposes only.

We want people to connect, strengthen their shared relationships and experience a personalized opportunity with the world. Triftel is a platform that helps you register, chat, create posts and share experiences that matter to you.

Empower you to express yourself and communicate about what matters to you

As we know, there are many ways to express yourself. We solved your issue on “Triftel”. Now you will ask, how? We are here to give you an answer. Through Triftel, you can express your thoughts by sharing status updates, photos, videos, thoughts and also by communicating with your friends and family that matters to you. We have explored unique and new ways to use technology for creating posts, thoughts, location, stories and be able to share more expressive content on Triftel.

Use and develop advanced technologies to provide safe and functional services for everyone

We use and develop advanced technologies so that socialites can use our product safely regardless of physical ability or geographic location. We also build sophisticated network and communication technology to help more people connect to the Internet in areas with limited access. As we develop automated systems to improve our ability to detect and remove abusive and dangerous activity that may harm our community and the integrity of our Product.

Registration: You must register for our Services using accurate data, provide your current mobile phone number and if you change it, update this mobile phone number using our in-app change number feature. You agree to receive text messages and phone calls (from us or our third-party providers) with codes to register for our Services.

Address Book: You provide us the phone numbers of Triftel users and your other contacts in your mobile phone address book on a regular basis. You confirm you are authorized to provide us such numbers to allow us to help you stay in touch with your new contacts.

Devices and Software: You must provide certain devices, software, and data connections to use our Services, which we otherwise do not supply. For as long as you use our Services, you consent to downloading and installing updates to our Services, including automatically.

Your commitments

We provide the best services in this application. But in return, we require you to make the below commitments to us.

We want our service to be as open and inclusive as possible. But we also want it to be safe, secure and under the law.

If you want to be a part of the Triftel community, there are few restrictions you need to accept. They are listed below:

1) You must not be a convicted sex offender.
2) You are not allowed to share, upload, or post any pornography content.
3) We do not disable the account until it is not against the violation of law or any of our policies.

We do our part of work to provide a safe and open Service for a broad community.

You can't impersonate others or provide inaccurate information

You don't have to disclose your identity on Triftel, but you must provide us with accurate and up to date information (including registration information). As you cannot impersonate someone so you cannot create an account for someone else unless you have their express permission.

You can't do anything illegal, misleading, or fraudulent, or for any unauthorized purpose.
You cannot interfere to impair the intended operation of the Service.
You can't attempt to create accounts or access or collect information in unauthorized ways. This includes creating accounts or collecting information in an automated way without our express permission.
You can't attempt to buy, sell, or transfer any aspect of your account (including your username) or use login credentials or badges of other users.
You can't use a domain name or URL in your username without our prior written consent.

Permissions You Give to Us. As part of our agreement, you also give us permissions that we need to provide the Service.

Permission to use content that you create and share: Some content that you share or upload, such as photos or videos, may be protected by intellectual property laws. You own the intellectual property rights (things such as copyright or trademarks) in any such content that you create and share on Triftel. There are no such rights that take away your own content. You are free to share your content with anyone else, wherever you want.

However, to provide our services, we need you to give us some legal permissions (known as a license) to use this content. This is solely for the purpose of providing and improving our products and services as described in Section 1 above. Specifically, when you share, post, or upload content that is covered by intellectual property rights or in connection with our products, you grant us a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free and worldwide license to host, use, distribute, modify, run, copy, publicly perform or display, translate and create derivative works of your content (consistent with your privacy and application settings). This means, for example, that if you share a photo on Triftel, you give us permission to store, copy and share it with others (again, consistent with your settings) such as service providers that support our service. This license will end when your content is deleted from our systems.
You can delete content individually or all at once by deleting your account. You can download a copy of your data at any time before deleting your account. When you delete content, it's no longer visible to other users. However, it may continue to exist elsewhere in our systems.
1. Immediate deletion is not possible due to technical limitations (in which case, your content will be deleted within a maximum of 90 days from when you delete it)
2. Your content has been used by others in accordance with this license and they have not deleted it (in which case, this license will continue to apply until that content is deleted) or
Where immediate deletion would restrict our ability to:
1. Investigate or identify illegal activity or breaches of our Terms and Policies (for example, to identify or investigate misuse of our Products or systems)
2. Comply with a legal obligation, such as the preservation of evidence or
3. Comply with a request of judicial or administrative authority, law enforcement, or a government agency.

In this case, the content will be retained. Then it is necessary to know for which it has been retained (the exact duration will vary on a case-by-case basis). In each of the above cases, this license will continue until the content has been fully deleted.

Permission to use your username, profile picture and information about your relationships and actions with accounts.

You give us permission to show your username, profile picture, and information about your actions (such as likes) or relationships (such as follows) next to or in connection with accounts that you follow or engage with, which are displayed on Triftel.

You agree that we can download and install updates to the service on your device

We own all copyrights, trademarks, domains, logos, trade dress, trade secrets, patents, and other intellectual property rights associated with our Services. You may not use any of the things listed above unless you have our express permission and except under our guidance.

Additional Provisions

Updating our terms

We consistently work to improve our services and develop new features to make our products better for you and our community. As a result, we may need to update these terms from time to time and accurately reflect our services and practices. We only make changes if the provisions are no longer appropriate or if they are incomplete and only if the changes are reasonable and take due account of your interests. We will notify you (for example, by email or through our Product) when we make changes to these terms and give you an opportunity to review them, unless changes are required by law. Once any updated Terms are in effect, and if you continue to use our Product you will be bound by them. We hope that you will continue using our Product, but if you do not agree to our updated Terms and no longer want to be part of the Triftel community, you can delete your account at any time.

Account suspension or termination

We want Triftel to be a place where people feel welcome and safe to express themselves and share their thoughts and ideas. If we regulate that you have clearly understood and breached our terms and policies, including our Community Standards, then we may terminate or permanently disable access to your account. We may also terminate or disable your account if you repeatedly infringe other people's intellectual property rights. Whenever we take such actions, we will let you know and explain to have a request review.

The reasons why we can terminate or disable your account are:

1) Expose us or others to legal liability
2) Harm our community users
3) Compromise or interfere in the integrity of any of our services, systems, or products
4) When we are restricted due to some technical limitations or doing so for some legal reasons

How we will handle disputes

If you are a consumer, the country in which you reside will apply to any claim, cause of action, or dispute you have against us that arises out or relates to these terms and conditions. You may resolve your claim in any competent court in our country that has jurisdiction over the claim.
